What do the Lions do you ask?

The Anthony Wayne Lions mission mirrors the International Lion’s motto: “We Serve”. We strive to help those that are less fortunate and in need of a helping hand. Specifically our main focuses are those that have sight related disabilities; blindness, and diseases that lead to blindness. This includes the leader dog school for the blind, blind bowlers, the Indiana school for the blind, the Indiana Eye and Tissue bank and Vision screening for pre-school kids and Diabetes screening and prevention.
Anthony Wayne Lions mission also includes supporting cancer research, the Rescue Mission and the Women’s shelter, the Children’s home, the YMCA healthy kids program and many other local needs.
All funds collected goes 100% to support the above causes. We do not use any moneys collected for administrative purposes.
